Mass Quality Ride staff over 135 drivers, monitors and dispatchers. Our drivers are trained,Corey checked and have a clean record.

We are contracted by towns to transport students and students with special needs or, manage transportation on request. Our management, dedicated staff, enhanced technology drives our mission and service.

Our Fleet

Our fleet consists of vans, wheelchair vans, livery and shuttles---all required for our special needs children throughout the school year. All repaired by our mechanics.

Our dedicated drivers enjoy the experience of helping special needs children to and from school. They are the key to our operation since they interface with company management/staff, student parents and town/school officials. Mass Quality Ride drivers have a professional manner and appearance, they keep their vehicles clean, they are Cory checked, they have clean criminal records, and they have an approuved physical.

Here are some requirements or what you need to know to become a driver:

Drivers are hired part time/full time
Paid weekly by check or direct deposit
Company gas cards
Drivers are given the vehicle throughout their employment with a signed agreement
Drivers keep the vehicles clean at all times
Clean Criminal Record/CORI Check is required
Valid any State Drivers License
Current 7D School License or we’ll help you get one!
